2013 Oscars - Curvy Outfits

Ciao ragazze!

I admit, I spent this night watching the 2013 Oscars.

In that post I want to focus my and your attention to the " curvy red carpet beauties" who marched in front of the Dolby Theatre in LA. Sure, I could draw up a list of the best dressed of the night, I would definitely rewarded Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner and who knows' who else, but almost certainly the "all curves beauties" remain outside.

In general, the clothes this year don't let me breathless ,plus size ones in particular, but I found interesting to"analyze", "criticize" and "appreciate" the dresses with you.

L'ammetto, stamani non avevo impegni quindi questa notte l'ho passata insonne guardando gli Oscar 2013.

In quest post voglio focalizzare la mia e la vostra attenzione sul "red carpet curvy "che ha sfilato davanti al Dolby Theatre di LA. Certo, avrei potuto stilare una classifica delle migliori vestite della serata, sicuramente avrei premiato Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Garner e chissa' chi altra, ma quasi sicuramente queste bellezze tutte curve sarebbero rimaste fuori e poi diciamocelo, sarei stata quasi banale.

In generale i vestiti di quest'anno, non mi hanno lasciata senza fiato, quelli plus size in particolare, ma trovavo interessante "analizzarli", "criticarli" ed "apprezzarli" insieme a voi.

Queen Latifah

Beautiful, nice, fresh air at the Oscars, Queen was dressed in Badgley Mischka.

A simple dress, long, embroidered with light beads, and white. Yes, white, white was the color of clothes more seen on the red carpet this year... practically a parade of wedding dresses!

However, make-up and jewelery made ​​her shine and Queen was really wonderful.

Bella, simpatica, aria fresca agli Oscar, Queen si e' presentata vestita in Badgley Mischka.

Un abito semplice, lungo, ricamato con perline e bianco. Si bianco, il bianco e' stato il colore di abiti piu' visto sul tappeto rosso quest'anno... praticamente una sfilata di abiti da sposa!  

Comunque sia, il trucco ed i gioielli la facevano risplendere e Queen era davvero splendida.

Melissa Mccarthy

The gray silk dress by David Meister was not particularly good on Melissa, it made made her seem more fat: the waist was not emphasized. Note the jewel details on shoulder and wrists and the bouffant hair that gave her a rock touch while showing the fullness of the face.

Melissa was the only curvy actress who knew how to dare, honor to her.

Parto spedita dicendo che il vestito di seta grigio di David Meister non mi dispiace, ma a Melissa non stava particolarmente bene, la ingrossava: la vita non era sottolineata, anzi le arricciature creavano un po' l'effetto sacco. Da notare i dettagli gioiello su spalla e polsi e soprattutto il capello cotonato che le dava un tocco rock pur evidenziando la pienezza del volto.

Melissa e' stata l'unica curvy che ha saputo un po' osare, onore a lei.

Octavia Spencer 

Octavia Spencer dress was by Tadashi Shoji, like the previous Oscar dress. A dress in blush color very nice in my opinion, but really similar to a wedding dress. The bodice of the dress was full of beads, jewelry and makeup were gorgeous with the lips of a beautiful burgundy color.

Octavia Spencer si e' di nuovo presentata con un abito di Tadashi Shoji, come aveva fatto ad i precedenti Oscar. Un abito color cipria molto bello a mio avviso, ma anche questo perfettamente confondibile con un abito da sposa. Il corpetto del vestito e' tempestato di perline, i gioielli che indossa sono splendidi ed il trucco molto luminoso con le labbra di un bel colore burgundy.

Adele

Adele remains faithful to her style and choose a sparkling black dress by Jenny Packham, another I would say, 'cause she wore a dress very similar to the 2012 Grammys.

Once again with a dress not suitable for her young age. I liked her makeup: her usual eyeliner but with some glitters. Her hair was in 60s style as always... guys, she's Adele!

Adele rimane sempre fedele al suo stile e sceglie un vestito nero scintillante di Jenny Packham, l'ennesimo mi viene da dire, perche' ha indossato un abito molto simile ad i Grammy 2012

Ancora una volta accollata, con un vestito non adatto alla sua giovane eta'. Il trucco mi e' piaciuto abbastanza, il suo solito eyeliner con qualche glitter in piu', capelli anni 60... ragazzi e' Adele, e' inconfondibile.

Diet: Cosmetics and Body Care

I don't want to talk about diet, nutrition or fitness, for all these things I suggest you talk to experts, doctors and trainers who will study programs customized for every individual according to its characteristics and the goals to be attained. I can assure you, especially if you have to lose several pounds, the help of this kind of professionalism is essential, it is for your health.
The "problems" (yes, quotation marks, I'll explain why later) that I want to talk today I think is common to all women who have faced or are facing a diet and it's about the "transformation" of the body during the diet (loss of skin tone, stretch marks and not only)
Let's see how to deal with weight change:


Non intendo parlarvi di diete, alimentazione o fitness, per tutte queste cose vi consiglio di parlare con esperti, medici e trainer che studieranno programmi personalizzati adatti ad ogni individuo in base alle sue caratteristiche e ai traguardi che deve raggiungere. Posso assicurarvi che, soprattutto se avete da perdere diversi chili, l'aiuto di questo tipo di professionalità è imprescindibile, ne va della vostra salute.
Il "problema" (sì, virgolettato, il perchè ve lo spiego dopo) di cui vi voglio parlare oggi penso sia comune a tutte le donne che hanno affrontato o stanno affrontando una dieta e riguarda la "trasformazione" del corpo durante la dieta (perdita di tonicità della pelle, smagliature e non solo)
Vediamo come affrontare il cambiamento di peso:

La prima regola fondamentale è bere! Scontato? Forse, ma siete sicure di bere abbastanza? Il pericolo disidratazione soprattutto durante i periodi di dieta e a causa dell' eccessiva sudorazione durante l'esercizio fisico è reale e l'organismo e quindi anche la vostra pelle ne risentono.
Bere inoltre favorisce la diuresi e quindi l'eliminazione di tossine, scorie e dei liquidi in eccesso.
Il primo segreto di bellezza è quindi il più semplice e il più low cost da attuare.

If the damage is done and you have new stretch marks, those still red , you can opt for special treatments or a dermatologist.

Se invece il danno è fatto ed avete delle nuove smagliature, quelle ancora di colore rosso per intenderci, potete optare per creme apposite o trattamenti dal dermatologo.

Weekly you can make use of scrub to remove dead skin cells and muds to do at home, as already mentioned for moisturizers, they don't do miracles, but you'll immediately see the skin more toned and used consistently they help to eliminate liquids from the body tissues. If you have time in the morning you can also make a self-massage, maybe with your body cream, or using a special brush to massage the body.

Settimanalmente potete fare ricorso a scrub per rimuovere le cellule morte e fanghi da fare a casa, come già detto per le creme, non fanno miracoli, ma vedrete immediatamente la pelle più tonica, in più i fanghi usati con costanza aiutalo l'eliminazione dei liquidi dai tessuti. Se avete tempo la mattina appena sveglie potrete anche farvi un auto-massaggio, magari spalmandovi la vostra crema corpo, oppure utilizzando una spazzola apposita per massaggiare il corpo.

Forse i consigli che vi ho appena dato li avrete già letti chissà quante volte, ma li ho voluti riscrivere per due motivi:
Innanzitutto perchè trovo importante che una donna si prenda cura di se stessa, se massaggiare il proprio corpo con una crema può aiutarvi a farci pace, perchè non provare?
Tutto quello che può portare una donna a sentirsi più bella e sicura è molto più che bene accetto, ma senza ossessioni. La perfezione è irraggiungibile, non ambite a raggiungerla, nessuna donna al mondo è perfetta, almeno non senza photoshop.

4 Plus Size Casual-Glam Outfits for the Winter

Sorry for the absence due to flu and various complications.

Today I decided to publish this post since I had already prepared some of these sets for Christmas because I wanted to give you some ideas for the look more casual than the classic lbd.

The winter still a long way (unfortunately) and there is still time for me to post these looks, some very close to my taste, others a little less, but always very young and glam.

Scusate l'assenza dovuta a influenza e complicanze varie, si, insomma, roba da me.

Oggi ho deciso di pubblicare questo post visto che avevo gia' preparato alcuni di questi set per le feste natalizie, dato che volevo darvi qualche idea per dei look piu' casual rispetto ad il classico lbd.

L'inverno e' ancora lungo (purtroppo) e sono ancora in tempo per postarvi queste mie proposte, alcune molto vicine ad i miei gusti, altre un po' meno, ma le trovo sempre molto giovani e glam.

2012 Christmas and New Year Makeup Looks

This time I write a very short post, I'm really tired ( I have to cook alone for more than 20 people for Christmas).
As promised in this post I'll talk about make-up, or better yet, make-up for the holidays.
I chose two advertisements offering beautiful makeup look . Both images will be accompanied by a video taken from YouTube that will explain how to create a look very similar.


Questa volta scrivo un post brevissimo, sono davvero stanca (e pensare che a Natale dovrò cucinare da sola per più di 20 persone).
Come promesso in questo post vi parlerò di make-up, o meglio, di make-up per le Feste.
